The bench is divided in modules of 2000 mm with n. 3 sucking sections of 666 mm . It’s double channel plant with pneumatic and controlled opening for a perfect suction by the filtering group . The table is equipped with useful and extractable scrap boxes.
The control panel is equipped with a fully tested CN control . The management is completely automatic with possibility of manual intervention at any phase. The off-line software creates automatically the CAM programme for the machine with advanced possibilities of choice for nesting , parameters and cutting mode.
Machine uses a HD HYPERTHERM generator available in different powers ; the torch hight control automatic system guarantees the correct distance between material and noozle . The torch is a floating type and in case of collision the machine will stop all in safety condition .
