The AREA press brake is designed and purposely built for the tinsmith field. In fact, those who operate in this field prefer long machines, with low tonnage, as they allow to carry out adequate treatment of the material to be bent, which usually is very thin.
It is generally provided with a rear support suitable to hold long and deep parts, typical of this kind of working. One of AREA’s main selling point is the synchronised version equipped with hydraulic crowning, which is a feature that allows the possibility to control the bending parallelism usually very difficult in long and thin sheet plates.
