Prima is the revolutionary guillotine shears made by Warcom Evolution, the department created to compete with the major international manufacturers of this field and in the most demanding markets.
Prima is the ideal machine for a big number of shearing works, since the very new system of blade-guides makes the cutting works precise and completely free from twists.
Another main feature of PRIMA is the WARCOM EVO touch screen control, with an optimum graphic representation.
The software leads the user into the cutting programme quite intuitively and directly.

Ball screw back gauge, of 1000 mm, speed: 230 mm/sec, lifting possibility at the end of stroke to allow plates longer than 1 meter to go through and been cut.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT
The back gauge retracts during the cutting phase to allow the sheet to drop easily; in this way it is not subject to loads that can effect the position or damage it in the long term.
The back gauge is available with options such as increased stroke or a lifting device to allow feeding of bigger plates.
The movement consists in sliding of self lubricated sliding guides along the blade carrier which allow the opening.
The software is intuitive and user friendly.
It is supplied in a sliding version.
