Maxima has a highly tested and precise mechanism. These are high-performance shears, extremely reliable and certified according to the European safety standards.
It is equipped with the simple control model TRIA 250 (by ESA) for the management of the cutting programmes and back gauge positioning. Control panel unit equipped with numeric control.

Quick backgauge
The back gauge is installed on the upper part of the machine, guaranteeing a long-lasting precision.
Its motion is done through precision ball bearing screws while the position is managed by the ESA TRIA 250 programmer with a decimal precision. The back gauge is of the tilting version meaning it follows the blade descent, and moves away from the sheet metal during the cutting phase. In this way it is not subject to loads which can modify its position or damage it in the long term.
Some of the options available on request are:
– Stroke extension
– Tilting possibility at end of stroke (to allow the passage of longer sheets)

Command panel with numeric control
The panel includes selectors that allow a quick adjustment of the rake angle and blade gap; it is also possible to set the cutting length by means of another selector which has prefixed data.

Automatic and/or manual blade gap adjustment
All movements related to the blade gap, rake angle and back gauge is controlled by Warcom Evo which supports the operator during programming thus guaranteeing an optimum cutting result.
The movement consists in sliding of self lubricated sliding guides along the blade carrier which allow the opening.
